Personal Bio
I am Isaac (from Ghana) and a fourth-year graduate History student. As a First-Generation student, my love for research took shape in the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, where I did my undergraduate studies. My current research focuses on the entangled themes of colonialism, local politics, and migration in the Gold Coast (now Ghana).
Aside from research, watching and/or playing soccer is my hobby.
Fun Fact
I love to travel.
Research Pitch
My research sits on the intersection between colonialism and local politics. I intend to use my research to explore the various ways in which colonialism changed the dynamics of local politics in Ghana in the twentieth century.
