Personal Bio
I am a third-year PhD candidate in economics. I grew up in Texas and studied economics and math as an undergraduate. My favorite things about Princeton are the calm environment, which helps me stay focused, and the fall weather.

Research Pitch
I study industrial organization, a field of economics that focuses on strategic interactions between firms and markets with imperfect competition. I'm especially interested in public procurement programs and empirical market design; for example, my current research is on pharmaceutical price contracting. I use data-driven methods (including statistical/econometric techniques), usually combined with a theoretical economic framework, to answer policy-relevant questions related to the design and efficiency of these programs.
